Positive: We recently stayed at Port Master Retreat in Napier and it was everything we hoped for and more — such a wonderful find! The location is absolutely ideal: peaceful, quiet, and with beautiful views, yet still close enough to Napier’s town centre, cafes, and waterfront to be super convenient. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and felt so warm and welcoming. Every detail was thought out — from the comfortable bedding and room and lovely outdoor area where we could sit. The hosts were absolutely lovely — friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about making sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and their kindness really added to the whole experience.
